China's Balloon Analysis

I will not extend my analysis into behavioral research leaving the findings to clients only.

Strange Coincidences Do Not Exist

First things first, coincidences do not exist, as my team often explains to investors why one must do differently than Wall Street to outperform in the markets.

I know very little about the markets, but I know much about market participants. This is because I dedicated my life to helping them deal with disorders of different levels and roots.

Careful Strategic Planning. Perfect Timing.

The timing is critical and strategic whether you seek to invest in the markets, create a war, or analyze a geopolitical event.

The appearance of a Chinese balloon flying mainland U.S. territory before the U.S secretary of State Blinken's visit to China is not a coincidence.

China is a very well-developed and organized country. Therefore, a strategic decision is the result of careful long-term planning.

Effortlessly Discoverable Flying Over Military Installations

To ensure that the object is easily discoverable, China decided to use an object of enormous proportions, a flying balloon. In addition, the balloon's path was strategically planned, flying over military installations instead of California beaches.

No Clear International Jurisdiction

The object, strategically chosen to be a balloon, must be capable of flying above 60,000 feet because there isn't a clear international understanding concerning jurisdiction above this level.

China's Balloon Objective Reached

It might seem intriguing to send an enormous balloon easily discoverable by any human, knowing that the U.S. would immediately cancel Blinken's visit to China. So, what is the purpose? To have the meeting canceled.

Then, your next question is why China would be interested in seeking cancellation of the trip.

Before addressing this topic, you must learn about Blinken's agenda for the meeting.

China-U.S. Relationship

To learn about the motives, you must comprehend what China is today, which forces are actually in power, whether you have strong disagreements inside China, and finally, how the different parties look at the relationship of forces between China and the U.S.

The first reading tells us that Xi Jinping is not the only political force in China today. The second reading tells us that other Chinese parties look at improving the U.S-China relationship as profoundly negative to China's long-term prospects.

China-Russia Relationship

My readings suggest that some powerful forces in China seek a more profound relationship between China and Russia.

Risk of Investing in China

I know very little about the markets, but my findings suggest that investing in China contemplates a risk that is only acceptable to some.

My team agreed with these findings since they discussed this matter in detail, calling the crash of Chinese tech companies like Tencent, Alibaba, JD.com, and Baidu.

Conclusions

This international incident between China and the United States is grave. It will take time to be eventually solved. It needs further investigation, including from other parts interested in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, like Europe. Hence, I suggest Behavioral Analysis and Critical Thinking: The Trajectory of the Russia-Ukraine War
